Refund Policy

I strive for fairness, clarity, and trust in my offering. Below is my refund policy for courses, coaching, and digital services:

  1. No General Refunds
    Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchases (courses, coaching packages, e-books, digital training) are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted, cancellations or refunds are not allowed.

  2. Exceptional Circumstances
    In rare cases (e.g., platform failure, content not delivered, event cancellation), partial or full credit may be issued at my discretion. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue, with supporting evidence.

  3. Live Events
    If you are unable to attend a live event owing to unavoidable circumstances, I may, at my discretion, allow credit towards a future event — minus any costs already incurred (venue, logistics). Requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the event.

  4. No Refunds on Partial Attendance
    Refunds will not be given for partially attended sessions, missed webinars, or unused portions of digital access once access is granted.

  5. Disputes & Decisions
    Any dispute about refunds will be settled in good faith. My decision is final. You may also rely on applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

  6. Chargebacks & Policy Abuse
    Any user initiating chargebacks or false refund claims after receiving full service may have access revoked permanently, and will remain liable for fees, losses, or legal costs incurred.
